When timing shapes your air freight plan

Make your required dates and handling needs clear from the start.

Make the dates clear

If timing is central to your shipment, explain when the cargo is ready and when it needs to arrive. Identify any fixed deadline and tell the team where there is flexibility. A preferred date and a confirmed deadline are useful to distinguish.

Describe the whole movement

Include the pickup and delivery locations rather than only an airport name. Describe the cargo, packaging and any known dimensions or weight. Add any handling requirements that the team should review alongside the timing.

Confirm before proceeding

Use the inquiry to start a conversation about the proposed plan. Review the details with your logistics contact and confirm the arrangements before treating a service or date as agreed. Keep later changes connected to the same inquiry.

Let’s get your cargo moving.

Tell us what you need to move and where it’s going. Fill in the form and we’ll get back to you with a quote.

Intership

Your information, handled with care

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Who is responsible for your data?

This notice covers the Intership website, its quote form and shipment tracking. The controller is [Legal company name], trading as Intership, at [Registered address, country]. Contact: you@intership.example.

2. Information this website collects

The quote form collects your name, email, pickup and delivery locations, along with any additional details you provide. When you open the form from a service link, that service context is included with the request. Tracking uses your shipment reference and booking email to find matching shipment records. Hosting providers may process technical connection data, such as IP addresses, timestamps and security logs.

Please include only information relevant to your inquiry and avoid sensitive personal information. Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle the form. Without these details, we may be unable to respond or prepare a quote.

3. Why your information is used

Information is used to respond to messages, assess logistics requirements, prepare requested quotes, coordinate agreed services and provide matching tracking results. Where you request steps toward a contract with you, processing may rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general business correspondence and contacts acting for a company, the proposed basis is Article 6(1)(f): the legitimate interest in answering relevant inquiries and managing business relationships, subject to a documented assessment of your rights. Legal recordkeeping obligations may require Article 6(1)(c).

Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. The site does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Storage and access

Quote inquiries are stored in the website’s database. They are not automatically forwarded by email. Access is limited through the site’s access controls. The hosting infrastructure uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare services. Appropriate business staff and contracted service providers may need access to handle an inquiry or operate the website. This website does not sell form data.

5. How long information is kept

Information should be retained only for the purpose it was collected for, including handling the inquiry, any resulting service and applicable legal obligations. The controller must set and apply the retention schedule: [inquiry retention period], [shipment record retention period] and [technical log retention period]. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.

6. Cookies and social links

The website does not add advertising cookies or third-party analytics scripts. The hosting platform may use necessary cookies for sign-in, security and access. Fonts and background images are hosted with the site. Social profiles are not embedded. Following a social link takes you to that provider’s website, where its own privacy notice applies.

7. Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. To exercise your rights, contact us using the email or postal address listed above. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity.

Requests should normally receive a response within one month; a permitted extension must be explained within that period. You may complain to the supervisory authority where you live, work or where an alleged infringement occurred. In Estonia, this is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.

8. Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the business details, website features or data handling arrangements change. The date above identifies the latest version. You can read more about your rights in the European Data Protection Board’s guidance.
