A little space for what matters.
Thoughtful boundaries begin with noticing where your time and energy go.

Notice what fills your day
Take a look at an ordinary day. Which commitments feel useful, and which ones leave little room for what matters to you? You do not need to change everything at once.
Make one boundary clear
Choose one small boundary to try. It could be a time to finish work, a quieter lunch break or a clearer conversation about what you can take on.
Leave room to revisit it
A boundary can change as your circumstances change. Notice how it fits, talk it through where needed and adjust it with care.
