Small pauses. A more present you.
A small pause can make a little room for yourself in a busy day.

There are days when one task runs straight into the next. A small pause can be an invitation to notice where you are, how you feel and what you need.
Start with a moment you already have
Before opening the next email, put both feet on the floor. Let your shoulders settle. Notice the room around you. There is no need to make the moment perfect.
Make room for a simple question
Ask yourself: “What would help me right now?” It might be a glass of water, a short walk, a conversation or a clearer boundary around the next task.
Let small be enough
Wellbeing does not have to become another item to complete. Choose one moment that feels manageable and let that be your starting point.
General wellbeing reflections, not individual clinical advice.
