Make time for each other.
Connection often begins with an ordinary invitation and time to listen.

Keep the invitation simple
A short conversation or a shared break can create a little space together. There is no need to wait for the perfect occasion.
Listen with room for an honest answer
Ask an open question, then give the other person time. Let them choose what they want to share, and keep personal details theirs to tell.
Choose something to return to
If it works for both of you, make another small plan. An occasional check-in can be enough to keep the conversation open.
