One thing at a time.
When everything asks for your attention, choose a manageable place to begin.

Put the next step into words
When a task feels large, write down one action you can begin with. Keep it specific enough that you know what starting looks like.
Make a little room for attention
Where your work allows, set aside a short stretch for that one task. Let others know when you will return to messages, if that would help.
Pause before choosing again
At the end of that stretch, notice what you have done and what still needs attention. Choose your next step rather than expecting the whole day to go to plan.
