Rest belongs in your day, too.
You can make space to rest without waiting for everything to be finished.

Notice the spaces between tasks
When one task runs into the next, even a quiet moment can feel like something to postpone. Notice where a little breathing room might fit in your day.
Choose what a pause looks like
Rest does not have to look a particular way. It might be sitting quietly, stepping away from a screen or having an unhurried cup of tea.
Make it easier to return
Try leaving a little space between two commitments. Treat it as part of the day, and notice whether you would like to keep it.
